Daniel Pulver is a Miami-based abstract artist whose work explores the tension between order and disruption, surface and depth, concealment and revelation. Through layered textures, gestural marks, and a restrained palette punctuated by moments of color, his paintings investigate the complexity of human experience and the contrast between what is seen and what remains beneath the surface.
Working primarily in acrylic and mixed media, Pulver builds each composition through a process of addition, subtraction, and revision. Scraped passages, distressed surfaces, and expressive lines create visual histories that invite viewers to discover new relationships and meanings over time.
